DMW Health and Safety have worked for Superdrug since 2000 in developing a comprehensive asbestos register of their extensive property portfolio. We are also commisssoned to supervise, monitor and clearance-test all removal work conducted prior to refurbishment and development. Re-inspections of identified asbestos materials is also conducted on a regular basis.
Shell have appointed DMW Health and Safety as their nominated asbestos surveyors for their 1100+ service station network. All information is exported to their FM Contractor which is then cascaded down to persons working on the building fabric. DMW Health and Safety are also appointed to remediate any damaged asbestos materials encountered during the surveys.
DMW Health and Safety have been the appointed since 1998. An example of the work performed is the Heart Centre development which opened in May 2004. Our company conducted the survey and asbestos removal management of the buildings that were demolished as part of the £60 million project.
DMW Health and Safety have a partnership contract with the Trust since 2000 and have been appointed to conduct asbestos surveys and supervise asbestos removal work. The Trust have over 12,000 tenanted properties spread over the county of Shropshire.
