Due to the specialist nature and rigorous standards required by the HSE and Local Enforcement Authorities, clients risk civil and/or criminal action unless asbestos removal projects are managed in a competent manner. In addition, clients administrating their own asbestos removal contracts face high asbestos removal costs unless they are sufficiently experienced and competent to act in this capacity.

With the DMW Online Asbestos Register, housing associations and removal contractors have 24 hour access to all of the reports which are held on our secure, password protected servers. Clients of DMW can search for and view reports held for their own properties, create individual user accounts for any of their contractors and also keep ‘footprint’ records of these contractors viewing histories.

Asbestos Register benefits include;

• 24 hour access from any PC or mobile with internet access
• Password protected user logins for both account holder and sub-contractors
• Reports are managed by; Report Ref., Site ID, Address or Postcode, Report date and description
• Account holder can create, edit and delete contractor accounts and issue individual usernames and passwords
• The register keeps a ‘footprint’ of all viewing histories for sub-contractor logins
• Individual reports can be download and viewed as PDF files on your PC
